Maya Abdominal Massage
The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™ and Spiritual Healing are inspired by traditional Maya healing techniques developed by Dr. Rosita Arvigo.
Infant

Infant massage is successful, not only in the critical weight gain of premature infants, but also in creating a strong bond between parent and infant and exposing a young child to the benefits and pleasures of touch. Infant massage teaches your baby about relaxation and how to relax their muscles during stressful situations, relief from pain with colic and muscle growth, stimulating circulation and their digestive systems, and interaction with parents.
Hot Stones

Hot Stone Therapy utilizes the benefits of thermotherapy. Hot stones are gently placed on energy or ‘chakra’ points during the treatment and are used on the body during the massage to provide deep muscular stress relief. Heated stone treatment goes beyond the physical and allows you to enter a deeper sense of relaxation, health and well being. The penetrating heat from the stones relaxes muscles, allowing trigger points to dissolve and fade with minimum effort. Some of the benefits include relief of chronic pain, relaxation and stress reduction, detoxification of the body, and relief of neck and back pain.
